Becky Hites is a formative advocate for Association of Women in the Metal Industries (AWMI). Her many contacts within the metal industry give her inside knowledge; how different products are made or what consumers do with the metal once received. She is able to use this information to help guide the New York chapter’s speaker choices for events the members will not only learn from but enjoy as well. Becky is able to connect with people on all levels with her quick wit and fantastic memory. Becky really enjoys meeting and talking with people and her enthusiastic attitude can be contagious when she is working on a project. Volunteers that have worked with Becky at the AWMI booth during different trade shows want to work with her again and again, she just makes it so much fun!
